About the Project
B&L Electrics have been contracted by Imperium Projects to Design and Construct all Electrical, TV, Intercom, Phone & Data services for Elizabeth Gardens. This building consists of:
51 Unit residential consisting of 38 – 2 Bedroom apartments, 13 – 1 bedroom apartments and 1 – 3 bedroom penthouse. The construction comprises of 2 levels of basement car park with 6 levels of residential construction. The Ground floor has 10 courtyard apartments which have luscious gardens. The upper levels have large terrace areas which incorporate landscaped planter boxes. The units offer high quality finishes and open plan living.
